Production machine for tough conditions
The PTM 100 is a special production machine equipped with a transversal hydraulic cutter head. This machine is used when the production face has difficult geological conditions and drill and blast methode could not be used. The articulated chassis combined with a telescopic, swivelling boom allows a high face coverage from single setup. Moreover the powerful diesel engine enables a fast tramming speed for fast face changes. Therefore the PTM 100 is the economic solution for mining.
